The folks over at Empire Online sent us a link for a new extended trailer of American Gangster. I don’t know if any of you have seen the original trailer for the film, but it looks like it will be another gem from the Crowe/Scott tandem. The film features Russell Crowe, Denzel Washington and the direction of Ridley Scott.

The film shows a piece of American crime culture that some may not be familiar with. Based on a true story, American Gangster shows a cat and mouse game between one of American history’s most notorious gangsters (Washington), and a persistent detective (Crowe). This extended trailer features a bit more action than the original, longer length and an “F-bomb”. So, for those of you with virgin ears…stay away. If you crave explicit material, then by all means take a look below:

American Gangster stars Denzel Washington and Russell Crowe and was directed by Ridley Scott. It hits theaters on November 2, 2007.
