Not really convinced about Tatum…However Bell has yet to be anything other then mind-blowing. Plus his real Britsh accent will lessen the pain of Tatum failed one.

Are we now going to believe that hsi pseudo-southern-cajun speech is appropriate for THIS film?

I really want to like him but Figthing, GI Joe, and now this make it very easy to fall to the dark side.

Yay!!! Yet another movie where we'll have the non-English speakers all having a British accent because we Americans hate reading subtitles. Reading is hard. I'm looking at you Valkyrie, Gladiator, Prince of Persia, and so on (wish I could think of other examples right now).

Well from the photos the costumes and weapons look accurate, not to mention the story of the lost eagle of the ninth legion being taken by the germanic tribesmen is true. Now if they can keep it accurate and provide decent acting it should be a hit in my book.

I started appreciating Tatum after seeing A Guide to Recognizing Your Saints. He's good in roles in which he's required to play an urban character — I haven't seen him in anything but that type of character (I'm disregarding G.I. Joe).
