Look at that cool headset in the image above. I wish I had one just like that for my XBox 360. James Cameron, you are a lucky fella. Now if only you’d show us what you are pointing at on the set of Avatar, or maybe even what future CG rendered character might be standing just out of our sight line. That would be awesome, to say the least. For now though, fanboys across the web will spend their holiday trying to decipher the image above, breaking down every last inch of it in an attempt to know something more about the film — everything from James Cameron’s Burning Angel T-Shirt to Sam Worthington’s haircut are fair game. Get to it, my fellow ruffians. I’m going to move on with my life and wait until something more substantial hits the web.

Avatar is scheduled for release on December 18, 2009. Image above courtesy of The LA Times.

  • Battle Angel Alita, I am all for a movie of that if it is true to the Manga.

My question would be, why is he wearing a HUGE headset when 99% of the modles today are 10 times smaller than that.
  • I really hope he finished the Battle Angel script....because I'd rather see Battle Angel before Forbidden Planet
  • Alericc has a good point. Also would love to have him do the Battle Angel Alita it seems he is right for the director for the project.

    He's compensating for something.
