Finally a DUI for Someone Not Named Paris, Lindsay or Nicole

We know things come in threes, especially celebrity drunk driving arrests. There was Paris and Lindsay and Nicole. We can’t count Amy Winehouse because she didn’t have a car around her at the time.
Now it’s the guys’ turn. We’ve had Old Mel who’s doing fine now, Bill Murray and today, we’ve got Jake Gyllenhaal’s best friend, Austin Nichols.
Nichols, who starred in John from Cincinnati (and formerly in Deadwood), was busted in Michigan after cops caught him in his Mountaineer at 2:40 a.m. going down a city street the wrong way. This isn’t as unique as busting Bill Murray allegedly drunk driving in a golf cart in Stockholm Sweden, but it will have to do for now.
Since Lindsay plea bargained down to one day and Nicole Richie down to, what was it? oh yes, 82 minutes, we wonder if Austin can do any better.
We can’t wait to find out what guy will be number three on Hollywood’s drunkOmeter.
