both /film and FSR i have bookmarked usually read… i do have cinematical on a feed reader bout i rarely read the articles… as must as FSR has some great content as does /film, but i have to vote /film for the better layout… plus FSR post titles are often too obscure and misleading… however i'll still visit this site even though its not an award winning site…

I gave Transformers 2 a B- but point taken.Robert Fure, who I think at one point explained the Kuleshov experiment in Soviet filmmaking on Reject Radio, gave Transformers 2 an A.

Fascinating, considering that Landon (the guy with the Masters degree in Film who is now working toward his doctorate) is the one who gave Transformers 2 the A.

Brendan and a few others are fairly artsy I suppose, but I’ve always seen slash as more of a populist site. A geek site if anything. Interesting that we have such different reads.

I think its just a philosophy thing. Filmschoolrejects seems to come from a place of film as entertainment. Slashfilm treats it as more of an art, maybe? For lack of a better term, Slashfilm seems like film school guys. And thats just a little more in line with my outlook. You guys are great, but I find myself in circular arguments about whether or not Transformers 2 deserves an A.

I also love the Slashfilmcast, and their up to the second news.
