Well, DT is The Doctor for me, now, and like him I grew up watching Tom Baker (and, yes, met him, too).

I did like Christopher Ecclestone's Doctor – who wouldn't – but didn't get so attached, as it was but a brief encounter.

I absolutely loved David Tennant's energy and enthusiasm; under his tenure, The Doctor was pretty arrogant and stubborn a lot of the time, but we loved that because they're very human qualities (and we all know The Doctor loves humans).

Being too young to have grown up with Doctor Who, I'm not as big a Tom Baker fan as many. And while Tennant is a fantastic Doctor, I still have a soft spot for Eccleston's iteration.. so moody, more depressing (and depressed) than Tennant's, but that just made his beaming smile that much more special.

Just this once, everybody lives!

I miss you, Eccleston!

I don't know anybody who hasn't thought Tenannt made a great Doctor.

Anybody else notice that the choice of actors for the doctor have become progressively younger?

That's awesome.. Tennant is second only to Tom Baker.
