We will have to agree to disagree. I felt that Wall-E isn't any more enjoyable than Toy Store or a few other Pixar films. Is it a good film? Yes, but it follows the same Pixar storyline of person meets someone, persons loses someone, person goes on journey to find them and learns a lesson along the way. Toy Story and Cars does it to name a few.

Its surprising Wright, Pegg and Frost haven't tackled the superhero genre yet. Maybe that could be the last film in thier cornetto trilogy.

Thank you for your Wall-E comment. I've been saying that since it came out and cringe every time someone talks about it like it's Citizen Kane.

I'll even go as far as saying I liked Monsters Inc. better. At least I didn't get lectured on how I'm a fat, wasteful slob who should be more green.

I absolutely agree, Adriano. Wall-E seems like a very timely movie but is no better than the majority of other Pixar flicks. I may even write a song dedicated to critics entitled, "Get off Wall-E's nuts."

Eh. Seems like an okay list. Really want to see Let The Right One In when it comes to my neck of the woods.

Also, I honestly think WALL-E is the most enjoyable movie of the year. I loved it and honestly thought it was oscar worthy. However, I still need to see many of the big names so that may or may not change. Eiter way, WALL-E was Awesome.

That would be a good debate topic. Is Wall-E Best Picture material? I would argue with great vigor that the answer is no.

A agree that Wall-e isn't best picture material. They could have handled the human element alot better in that movie. The two fat people falling in love and waking up seemed forced, and the 'green' message was also somewhat hard to overlook.

It was a good movie, but Monsters Inc and the Incredibles were better.
