Dragon Prow: Don’t Tread On Me

The folks over at NarniaWeb.com and Narnia Fans have unearthed some wicked photos of Dragon Prow from The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of The Dawn Treader. Prow’s no Atrayu, but he sure puts that streetlight to shame.

Lucy and Edmund Pevensie return to Narnia with their cousin Eustace where they meet up with Prince Caspian for a trip across the sea aboard the royal ship The Dawn Treader. Along the way they encounter dragons, dwarves, merfolk, and a band of lost warriors before reaching the edge of the world.

Directed by Michael Apted, The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader is set for release on December 10, 2010.

I think I saw a comment on another movie site that said something to the effect that this thing looks like the front end of one of those carnival rides (the ones that swing back and forth)...so ever since, that's what I think of when I see these photos. It is STILL impressive to look at, though.
