The director announced to Variety that financing fell through a month and a half ago. He’s still got Robert Duvall and Ewan McGregor on board, is dreaming the impossible dream, and he’s looking for more financing, so if you have a few spare bucks…
If not, at least go watch Lost in La Mancha in mourning.
