Daily Diversion: Take a Trip to Apatow World
Daily Diversion By Cole Abaius on April 29, 2009 | (6) CommentsWe haven’t had a reminder that Judd Apatow is the producer of every film ever in a long time, and we won’t until Funny People and Year One come out this summer. Unless he secretly produced Obsessed which had his brand of humor all over it. Since the last time we heard from him was with Pineapple Express, we’ll need to prepare for the first film he’s directed since way, way back in 2007. That’s where this video comes in.
Luckily, fan favorite College Humor has provided an excellent musical rendition of exactly how things work in the Apatow world. Turns out that that world revolves around the schlubby, slightly overweight guy getting the girl that’s way out of his league despite his quirky job and odd band of friends. No wonder Apatow’s work really resonates with Schlub-in-Chief Neil Miller.
What do you think? Schlub-in-chief? Who writes that?
