antichrist-mini-header

Nothing creeps me out more than a little Willem Dafoe in the morning. Alright, so it is the afternoon — that doesn’t change the fact that the trailer for Lars Von Trier’s Antichrist has arrived on the web and it intends to creep you out. The film follows the story of a grieving couple, played by Dafoe and Charlotte Gainsbourg, who retreat to a cabin in the woods known as ‘Eden’ with hopes of repairing their broken hearts and their troubled marriage. But of course, as these things always happen, nature intervenes and they come dangerously close to meeting some very dark entities. If you ask me, it looks interesting.

Antichrist will hit limited release on May 29, 2009. Check out the first trailer below.
