While this first poster for the upcoming Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs 2isn’t quite as adorable as our first look at the project from last month, it certainly makes the many food-imals we will soon meet look…well, hungry. Just how weird is this film going to get?

The sequel brings back Flint Lockwood (voice of Bill Hader) and his lovely lady Sam Sparks (Anna Faris) after the disaster of Swallow Falls and during Flint’s exciting new tenure at The Live Corp Company, run by his idol Chester V (Will Forte) and his “highly evolved orangutan with a human brain” Barb (Kristen Schaal). Of course, nothing can go quite right for Flint, and we soon learn that his FLDSMDFR machine is still running, and it’s kept itself busy making a number of different food-imals that just might destroy the world (deliciously and adorably).
