Movie News By Neil Miller on March 1, 2010 | (3) Comments
Warner Bros. has released a brand new behind the scenes featurette for the upcoming mythology-based adventure Clash of the Titans, from The Incredible Hulk director Louis Leterrier. This new look provides a few new shots from the film, as well as some on-set B-roll footage and a few comments from cast members like Sam Worthington, Gemma Arterton and Ralph Fiennes.
Over the course of the last week — with the combination of having just watched the original Clash on Blu-ray and seeing non-stop commercials for this remake during the Olympics — I’ve become quite enamored with this film. Correct me if I’m wrong, but it looks like an intense ride. And I can’t help but have faith in Louis Leterrier, as he did deliver a surprisingly solid Hulk movie. Sam Worthington aside, there’s reason to hope for the best… And to check out the official synopsis and new featurette below.
Synopsis:
In “Clash of the Titans,” the ultimate struggle for power pits men against kings and kings against gods. But the war between the gods themselves could destroy the world. Born of a god but raised as a man, Perseus (Sam Worthington) is helpless to save his family from Hades (Ralph Fiennes), vengeful god of the underworld. With nothing left to lose, Perseus volunteers to lead a dangerous mission to defeat Hades before he can seize power from Zeus (Liam Neeson) and unleash hell on earth. Leading a daring band of warriors, Perseus sets off on a perilous journey deep into forbidden worlds. Battling unholy demons and fearsome beasts, he will only survive if he can accept his power as a god, defy his fate and create his own destiny.
