It doesn’t really matter to me about the actor in the movie (as long as they know how to act), if the story is good and makes sense :)It would be nice to see familiar faces though … I don’t mind Leo.

I agree. He's not my favorite actor, but he chooses interesting projects and I enjoy his acting. Some people just rub others the wrong way, for some reason DiCaprio falls into that category.

It's Nolan, and I trust his instincts. I doubted him on Ledger and we saw how that turned out. I think this will be good. The premise sounds interesting, and I know Nolan dots his I's and crosses his T's.

Having him in it actually doubles the enjoyment for me. I think DiCaprio is one of the better actors of his generation. Catch Me if You Can, The Departed, The Aviator, etc., all great films and I know with Nolan's script, this one is going to be massively amazing!

wht i find funny about all the animosity toward Leo is that it is completely unwarranted and in my opinion something that spawned from Titanic and that itself is a shame because that movie gets too much flak. The question i pose now is does anyone question the directing ability or talent of Scorsese who by all accounts has picked a new De Niro in Leo (Gangs, Departed, Aviator, Shutter Island, RIse of Theo if it ever gets going). Now does anyone think that Scorese is an incompetent director when it comes to choosing great actors………… no so obviously the haters should prob just keep their mouths shut considering the greatest living director has a muse that he obviously thinks is tops in the game. your thoughts
