chloe.jpgThe September issue of Harper’s Bazaar should be a sellout with the rehab crowd.

Do they put Britney, Lindsay or Paris on the cover? Nope. They put straight Kate (Hudson) on instead, just to poke some fun.

Inside the issue, they write about the rehab trend with a fashion spread featuring Chloe Sevigny.

“We satirize our rehab-obsessed society in a consciously irreverent feature with Chloe playing a starlet sent to a luxury rehab facility,” a Harpers Bazaar spokesperson told the NYPost. Sevigny wears sunglasses, carries a water bottle and a dog and reads about herself in “Troubled times” a fictional tabloid that writes about revolving-door rehab.

Craig Ferguson calls that kind of facility “Jiffyhab.”

Harper’s Bazarr finds it necessary to remind us that “September is National Recovery Month.”
