Terminator Salvation

As you know, I’m a sucker for some cool lookin’ concept art. And some of the stuff that has come out of McG’s upcoming film Terminator Salvation has been particularly breathtaking. In addition to the awesome concept art that we posted, then removed back in November that showed off some of the new man-killing machines, we now have some very cool art — drawn by ILM artist Christian Alzmann and visual effects art director Warren Fu — which shows off some of post-apocalyptic San Francisco. There is also a shot of a cool flying thingy known as the Transporter, a shot of a human trying to break into some sort of SkyNet facility and oh yeah, one of those kick-ass Harvester things that looks like an evil Transformer. It is all very cool, as you will see below.

Terminator Salvation is due out in theaters on May 21, 2009. Photos courtesy of The Sarah Connor Society.

  • The concepts are good, this movie will surely hit the box office.
  • It will have more better box office and reviews than all the movies that has the name Terminator on them because is has star Christian Charles Philip Bale in it.
  • Brian Rodden
Absolutely. He wouldn't be a part of it if it he knew it would be shit. That's why he got Jonathan Nolan to do a rewrite.
  • Getting closer to release day.
  • that last metal monster isn't scary ... he would be Megatron's jail bitch, but I suppose I can use Terminator as an appetizer to Transformer's June release
