also this is going to be a "mash up" of a few story lines, at the end of iron man fury talsk to Stark about the "avenger initiative" which is from the cival war storyline, the second Iron man film is rumoured to have black widow in it, nick fury is in there, half Ultimates too, and the first Villan they fight? the Hulk, in the Hulk film Stark is talkign to Ross about the "team they are puting together" (him and Fury)

All of these films will fit in somehow, i hope they can get Spidey in there also with tobey (circa spidey 1 not 3) in the lead, woudl be an awsome film.

Just for a starting point would they like the Stan Lee Thor or Ultimates Thor? Just thinking of the direction Jon Favreau is going with the other movies.

Back in the 80′s Steve Geppi (Diamond Comic Distributors) introduced me to Stan Lee, where we discussed Marvel making their own films, to help juice the idea I presented him with two script outlines one was for a live action TV series based on “S.H.I.E.L.D.” and the other was for a live action movie “Captain America” about a month later I heard back from him, he loved both of them, but at the time Marvel Entertainment just did not have the funds to make or produce either themselves.

I still have the letter.

Anyway, just tell me what they are looking for and I’ll get started.
