Bill Murray: Caddyshack Gone Wild!

Picture Bill Murray over in Stockholm Sweden, lurching around town in a golf cart. When pulled over by the cops, as reported in Star eCentral, they noticed he smelled of alcohol.

Not only that, Murray refused to blow in a Breathalyzer “citing American Legislation,” Detective Inspector Christer Holmlund said, “So we applied the old method a blood test. It will take 14 days before the results are in.” By then, we hope he’ll be back in a civilized country, one that doesn’t stop you for carefree carting.

Honest Bill signed a doc admitting that he drove under the influence. Well, gee, it’s not like he was soused in a Hummer or anything. It’s difficult to imagine a golf cart hit-and-run accident.

Since Bill’s new movie, City of Ember, in which he plays the mayor, is being filmed in the U.K., we wonder if something went wrong with the car’s GPS, and it told Bill to take a left to Stockholm.

Either that or the cart was loaned to him by Lindsay Lohan.
