Because You Asked For It: ‘Big Momma’s House 3′
Movie News By Cole Abaius on September 3, 2009 | (12) Comments
That unexplained happy feeling you felt when you woke up this morning, that little bit of blazing sunshine in your soul that wasn’t there the night before, that smile on your face that shouldn’t be there. It has an explanation now.
Big Momma’s House 2 finally has a sequel.
Finally. Has. A. Sequel.
According to Variety, Fox has hired Randi Mayem Singer from The Tooth Fairy and Mrs. Doubtfire fame to write Big Momma’s House 3 as a sequel to the sequel that was once the third highest-grossing January release of all time (and is now the 6th highest).
There’s no word yet on whether Martin Lawrence is back again, but he has to be right? There’s no way anyone could take his emotionally powerful fat-suit performance and turn it into their own. Maybe Don Cheadle, but no one else.
