Another Watchmen Poster to Keep Your Seat Wet
Movie Marketing By Neil Miller on November 7, 2008 | (4) Comments
Comic geeks and fankind alike are all anxiously awaiting March 6, 2009 — the release of Zack Snyder’s film adaptation of Watchmen, known in many circles as the Citizen Kane of comic books. And why shouldn’t they be balls-to-the-wall excited? Everything we’ve seen from this film thus far has been wicked-good. Or as my friends in the greater New England area say, ‘It’s so good, its retahhded.’
In an effort to continue to raise awareness, the folks at Warner Bros. have released another new poster which we found via Yahoo. It features Rorschach, played by Jackie Earle Haley, standing in the rain alone, looking out at the streets of New York. He always was sort of a loner…
For now this is the highest resolution version of the poster that we have — but stay tuned, as we will update when we come across a bigger one. For more on Watchmen, might I suggest a look at the latest Watchmen Video Journal.
What do you think of the new poster?
