Anna Faris Goes From Playboy Bunny to Mall Employee
Posted by Cole Abaius (cole.abaius@filmschoolrejects.com) on April 24, 2008
I’ve been trying to keep the trailer for House Bunny to myself ever since it came out in early April. But, as punishment for reporting something incorrectly earlier, our dictator-in-chief Neil Miller is making me share it with all of you.
It’s a good time to check out the trailer (and when is it not a good time to watch Anna Faris?) since Faris has just signed on to play a love interest in Observe and Report, the comedy that stars Seth Rogen as a mall security guard.
I’ll repeat that: Seth Rogen as a mall security guard.
This thing couldn’t go wrong even if Uwe Boll directed after being blindfolded and spun around with a baseball bat. The inclusion of Anna Faris only seals the deal.
It’s also made me realize two things. 1) That I’d have a major crush on Faris whether she was a pin-up girl or working at Things Remembered and B) that Seth Rogen gets his slacking, tubby presence loved on by a solid number of attractive blondes.

I know the dumb blonde thing can get overplayed, but “Oh, I’m not looking to make soup.” is a great response to “This isn’t a brothel.”
Plus, Anna Faris is a lot funnier than Reese Witherspoon.

Somehow Jules looks better with glasses and a ponytail. She’s got the Tina Fey Effect.
