Would have looked a lot better with Dustin Ingle in it. He was the original actor used for the organiser of the Tournament (in the trailer first submitted to production companies). He was awesome.

Strictly average. Some awesome set pieces but the concept and how it is played out is beyond stupid.

Fure is right, and if he couldn't throw it up, he could go to a hospital and get his stomach pumped. Besides when was the last time anyone on this forum swallowed something that big without realizing it and had a guy tell you, to enjoy your coffee while you're gagging on the damned thing?

You'd have to be pretty stupid not to realize the guy slipped something in your brew.

The trailer is definitely cool! I'm not so sure about the concept though. After all, it seems like a waste of a lot of talent, by which I mean, killing off all the best assassins. I mean by the time the tournament is over there's only one assassin left to handle all the world's assassination gigs? I don't think so. Oh well, maybe I just think too much?

And Kelly Hu? Don't let a pretty face fool you. Look up the old saying, “beauty is only skin deep,” and you'll see her picture as an example. The phrase was meant for her. I worked with her once on a movie called “Surf Ninjas” and she was the biggest, rudest, prima donna biatch I've ever worked with.

Why doesn't he induce vomiting? Presuming he knows he hasn't been abducted and implanted but he swallowed something as large as a bullet without totally realizing it, its a safe bet the tag is in his stomach.

At first I was thinking “This seems pretty generic”, and it actually made me want to go bakc and watch Smokin' Aces. Then the priest came in to the story. Pretty cool idea.

The movie looks pretty formulaic. You can just tell that somehow the female assassin and her plucky priest sidekick will end up bucking the system somehow, and perhaps Ving Rhames character will help, since it seems he's participating for reasons unrelated to money. At least 2 of the characters I mention above will survive.
