Ali Larter and Beyonce Beat the Bitch Out in ‘Obsessed’

If there is one thing that I can say that will prepare you for the trailer below, which is for the upcoming Beyonce-driven drama Obsessed, it is that Ali Larter is one hot white woman. Hot enough to get Idris Elba, an otherwise solid actor, into this Lifetime television-esque film about a woman who preys on her married boss. Little does this woman (Larter) know, but her boss’ wife (Beyonce) is also a crazy bitch. It all results in some sort of bitchtastic smackdown the likes of which we usually only get from Girl Fights Vol. 2.

With an April 24, 2009 release date it is likely that Obsessed will be going by the wayside with Hugh Jackman’s 2008 sex thriller Deception. And while a good Ali Larter nude scene could draw my immature self into theaters, it is unlikely — this one has been tagged with a PG-13 rating. Such a disappointment. See the trailer below, which premiered on Entertainment Tonight last night.

  • LOL!!! I love when the announcer said "Ooooo JUICY!!" How the hell she knows it is juicy? LOL!! Hmmm another Beyonce take on a role in acting it seems this woman can't be stopped. Oh and Ali Larter hell yea!! I did fantasized her being in my X-Men Character movies like Emma Frost.

    This film reminds me of Swimfan with Jesse Bradford that came out like 7 years ago?

    Ali Larter looks smoking hot in the trailer.

    I can't blame Idris Elba for wanting to take on the role.

    Manager: "Yeah Idris so there is not too much on the plate at the moment, we have this movie that Beyonce is producing"
    Idris: "Is she going to be acting in it?"
    Manager: "Oh course how else would she get acting gigs?"
    Idris: "Good point"
    Manager: "But yeah anyways you would be playing her husband, and essentially you end up cheating on her with this chick at your work, all Michael Douglas style. Like in pretty much all of his movies"
    Idris: "Wait I cheat on Beyonce?"
    Manager: "Yeah with Ali Larter"
    Idris: "I'm in!"

    Dude was the man as Stringer Bell, oh I miss The Wire!

    Overall though this movie looks to just be a rehash of things that we have already seen. Just another one of those so-so thriller/drama movies.

    i saw it and i am a HUGE BEYONCE fan and i got to say i went crazie in the movie theater when she was woopin ass.
    but that was a great movie
    beyonce and idris and ali there were all great parts for the movie =]]
