As long as The Dark Knight is great, I would like to see Nolan go as long as he's content to, same with Bale. As for the third title, there is the obvious The Dark Knight Returns, or it could take the titles from some of the sources: Dark Victory, Long Halloween, Killing Joke, No Man's Land. Burton’s follow up wasn’t all that good. As long as The Dark Knight is great, I would like to see Nolan go as long as he’s content to, same with Bale.

Burton stopped at two and so did... Schumacher, why stop the trend now? But seeing as how much of the films take from the comic arcs, I might have to change my mind.
