7 Minutes of X-Men, 14 Minutes of Commercials
Movie News By Neil Miller on May 11, 2006 | Be the First To Comment
Here is a quick news tidbit worth looking at then disregarding. Tonight at midnight the mass marketing machine that is the Dell Computer Corporation is going to be launching an exclusive (at least for the first time it is run) 7 minute clip from the upcoming film X-Men: The Last Stand. This is in an effort to promote their X-Men: The Last Stand Collector’s Edition XPS computer. And while the computer is not garunteed to be of any quality without the purchase of $2500 worth of upgrades, the movie is still going to be a hit. So if you feel like braving the commercial filled, short lived excitement of this cheap marketing scheme feel free to check it out at this link here. If you are a reasonable person like myself, you can just wait until 12:10 am when the video pops up on the digg homepage via YouTube or Google Video.
