20 Intense Images from 30 Days of Night

Actress Melissa George may have said it best when she told our friends a ShockTillYouDrop that she considered director David Slade to be a “modern day Hitchcock.” It makes sense because while Hitchcock never made a film about vampires, if he did, it may be something like the intensely jarring 30 Days of Night. The flick is based on the fantastic graphic novel by Steve Niles and Ben Templesmith.

The fine folks at Sony Pictures have laid down some images from the flick, which can be seen below. 30 Days of Night hits theaters this Friday.
