Comic-Con Video: Underworld 3 Interviews
Posted by Neil Miller (neil@filmschoolrejects.com) on July 31, 2008

You may have already seen earlier this week that we got a chance to sit down with the MST3K guys and the two stars of Harold and Kumar Escape from Guantanamo Bay, but did you know that we weren’t done there? Of course you didn’t. As you experience in his first field report, our Robert Fure is very sneaky. This time, he snuck onto the press line for Underworld: Rise of the Lycans and scored a few moments with stars Rhona Mitra and Bill Nighy, director Patrick Tatopoulous and writer/star Kevin Grevioux. See what they all had to say below:
Underworld: Rise of the Lycans hits theaters on January 23, 2009.

Stay tuned all this week as we bring you coverage from Comic-Con International. Not only will we be roaming the floor in search of love, but we will have the latest news Live from Hall H, great interviews with some of Hollywood’s hottest stars and random convention shenanigans, courtesy of our Comic-Con Attack Squad! To keep tabs on all of the happenings, just head over to our Comic-Con 2008 Homepage.

The only reason the first 2 parts did well was because of Kate Beckinsale….I dont think this one will be any good…

I think Robert Fure is really awkward as an interviewer… most of his questions don’t seem particularly well thought-out. But, I give lots of props to him for having gone right up to the actors and joining the press line. Who cares about badge level when you’re FSR? :-D

I can attest to the fact that Fure may be awkward…but Rhona Mitra was definitely a factor in the awkwardness. Read into that however you want.
Also, Kevin Grevioux is the man. Biggest Comic Geek ever.

I had no idea that Bill Nighy buys his glasses at the Walgreen’s pharmacy counter.
For a second there, I though Rhona was going to reach out and pull Fure’s spine out from his throat.
