    This is a relatively recent addition to the category of holiday films, but it is clearly a highly regarded film. We get to follow an Elf’s adventures away from the North Pole.

    If you’ve heard the phrase “You’ll shoot your eye out!” and thought it was a silly phrase, then this is the movie for you. So go grab your Red Ryder BB gun (if you have one), hit your furnace a few times, and turn off the sexy lamp in the living room so that you can enjoy this classic holiday film.
  3. National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation The Griswold family shares with us the joys and fun of the Christmas spririt! The good intentions of the father lead to some interesting situations. Grab some egg-nog and enjoy 97 minutes of laughter.
  4. How the Grinch Stole Christmas Dr. Seuss’s tale of how the Grinch stole Christmas. Having read the book many times, it’s a pleasure to watch it on the big screen. Jim Carrey does a wonderful job showcasing the facial expressions of the grinch.
  5. It’s a Wonderful Life
    One of the classic Christmas movies. At one time this movie was so popular to watch on TV, that it seemed like each and every station aired this movie atleast once per day. However, now the airing o this movie is quite limited, which may increase its appeal.
