One of my absolute favorite films of Sundance 2008 thus far is Jonathan Levine’s 1994-based teen drug comedy The Wackness. Levine and his cast (which includes Josh Peck, Olivia Thirlby, Ben Kingsley and Method Man) have delivered a brilliant film that feels a lot like it could be this year’s Juno. But that is just speculation. In order to help you understand a bit of the film’s awesomeness, I have hounded a publicist to the point of hooking me up with a 1 minute clip from the movie. Hopefully, it will make you want to go out and see the other 109 minutes of the film.
