Sweeney, stop trying to legitimize this feature by making good points. Or else.

You're wrong to assume that about Kevin and the statue of David, by the way. We both saw the statue together during a trip to Florence, and he didn't say, "Ew." In fact, he stood for several minutes contemplating the genius and scope of Michealangelo.

However, when we saw the Venus de Milo in Paris, Kevin flipped out and screamed, "Oh, shit! That woman has no arms!!"

The security at the Louvre was much rougher than necessary when throwing us out, I think.

Great article. Now, as a gay male who reads this site I'd like to point out that there was a post a few days ago... I think by Robert Fure. Where he basically wrote a pornographic novel in the form of a blog post about his disugsting and perverse thoughts about Megan Fox. It was gross. It was stream of conscious nastiness.

Why are cocks being equated to boobs and ass? To quote 'Kindergarten Cop'... "boys have a penis, girls have a vagina." Those dueling giblets are the ying and yang of onscreen nudity, and they should be compared directly for this conversation. That said, when was the last time you saw a vagina on the big screen? "Harold and Kumar" barely counts as most of those bottomless ladies were hiding their dirty bits behind merkins.

Well done Sweeney, must be the best STFU I've read yet. Even though I must say it must've been the easiest to come up with a comeback to Kevin Carr's topic of the week. It is pretty obvious that in all respects most heterosexual men believe in that double standard (ie. show me the boobies but leave the cock to the side), I see that a lot in my own country [Jamaica]. Most Jamaicans actually physically assault most homosexual males in our country and they are cheered for it. I'm an open minded individual and even though a few times while watching a few of the films you listed [and you forgot Postal] I thought to myself... "No No No, lift the camera for Christ sake" but at the same time... such is life, not like I haven't seen one before. And I'm sure you and Mr. Carr see enough wang in the porn anyways...

But yeah, great post and keep 'em coming FSR

Whether or not women enjoy looking at men as the other way around isn't really the point. They should have the option to in film just as much as men.

Also, remember that episode of Seinfeld? A nude woman is nice to look at, a nude man is, often, something reminiscent of a zoo exhibit.
