Why Watch? Seeking to silently portray our myriad states of being, Wonder Russell has created a sensuous short film with the help of 6 strong actresses. It’s experimental, yes, but it finds that difficult sweet spot of being being abstract enough to be intriguing while still being within reach. The gamut of emotion and experience is run here, and while it certainly has a feminine edge to it, it’s essentially human underneath all the lace. Plus, there’s a bit of magic when the first transformation takes place that holds through the rest of the runtime.

Lush and expressive, this is an excellent bit of poetry in motion.

What will it cost? Around 15 minutes.
