The only panel I wish I hadn't missed was the WB one on Friday morning. Being that this was my first Comic Con, I did mostly panels. Next year i'll probably go on preview night, and get in on the floor on Thursday.

No, but there's a Dick's. Dick's is kind of a fun place. As is Rockin' Baja, closer to the convention center. Also, if you want to have a heart-attack and have the stomach of a whale, eat a regular order of Carne Asada fries down at the mexican place on the other side of the Stadium.

Anyway, my buddy Ivan pretty much summed up what there is to learn from comic-con. His article's a lot like this one, but beginners can look at it.

Is there a Tin Fish downtown now? When I was stationed in San Diego (in the Navy, now in Connecticut), I lived across the street from the Tin Fish in Imperial Beach. It's at the end of a looong pier. I had eaten there a few times, and was extremely pleased with the food every time.

I've heard it's good too. I wish we had an exact release date. The “Trick 'r Treat” Facebook page just says “October 2009″ and Netflix has no date. I've heard that it's coming out on October 27, though. If that's true, I hope to Christ Netflix sends it to me before Halloween.

It conflicted with my schedule so I had to skip it. But it is screening again at FantasticFest and then again later in the year at Screamfest LA. Also, it will be on DVD this fall. I've heard only good things about it.
