It's hysterical, one of my favorite comedies. Monroe was a good actress when she wasn't being typecast, which was hardly ever. She even refused roles because they were the same type that she had already played and got in trouble for it. She had some great performances, so I really don't agree with you on that she wasn't that great of an actress. I've seen every one of her films and she gets better with each one. She was beautiful and some people have a hard time just getting past that she was just famous for being beautiful. there was real talent in her.<br><br>I always recomend this movie for people who love comedy. I tell them to watch Bringing up Baby first (funiest movie I have ever or will ever see, bold statement but true for me) and them Some Like it Hot. I love this movie. Putting aside the wishy-washy moral message, it achieves the one thing that is required in a comedy: Its very funny.<br><br>Great performances too. Its funny, since I recently saw Jack Lemmon in Glengarry Glenross (missed it the first time around). The man is an excellent actor. I really adore this movie.
