This movie is a very large part of my life, almost a tragic part. I first saw this movie when I was very very little. It scared me shitless and I could not sleep for months. Even though I got over that fear eventually, I've had insomnia ever since. This movie in some way sparked my insomnia.

i totally agree with you. gremlins is awesome! and your fear of gremlins is similar to my fear of the movie 'legend' on a rainy day in kindergarten, the teacher thought it would be good to show it to us. it was all fine and dandy and unicorns until the DEVIL kidnaps that chick to be his queen/slave. it was the DEVIL in like all his scary make up glory. people could never understand why i feared that movie, but come on…i was 5!
