Great choice - one of my favourites taht can be watched over and over. Just their accents alone crack me up! Kangaroo be Stoned comment is also funny.

I guess I am in the minority when I say I hate this film. I watched it for the first time last year and I was bored to tears. When I finished it I thought, “Is this it? Is this what everyone is praising?” Just like the film, McDormand's performance does not impress me; I am sure you can find many other people who can portray a pregnant cop whilst employing an accent. I don't find anything you praised in her performance noteworthy. The Marge character isn't even remotely logical to begin with. Why would a pregnant cop as far along as she engage dangerous criminals? Never mind the plausibility of her being able to carry on her normal duties in her current state… This is one thing that bothered the hell out of me when I watched it, that I can remember. I don’t think I can sit through it again to jog my memory.
