As many of you may know, we are not big fans of beating dead horses around here. Then again, this little ad that a reader at TotalFilm worked up for The Spirit is less of a beat and more of a poke — a poke at one of the most awful films of 2008. Frank Miller may never, ever, ever win a respectable award as a director, but he’s certainly got a shot at a Razzie or a GAG Award this year. The only thing I consider The Spirit to be is a sad, sad affair.
