The more I read about it, the more disappointed I am. It sounds so incredibly interesting, and the trailer had me hooked right away. Except that I saw that after the film fest. I hope that one of our small theaters picks this up or a DVD comes out soon. If they put out a DVD of this, and FSR gets copies, I'm going to badger you all until someone mercies me and sends one my way. Unless of course I can find a copy myself, I guess. The whole idea of a remake already isn't terrible news, I guess, but I can't say I'm excited for an americanization of it. The idea that it might get a wider distribution than the original is disheartening as well, as the original might end up as one of those 'did you know...' moments of the remake.
