Dolph Lundgren Punishes. The Daily Diversion.

Posted by Neil Miller (neil@filmschoolrejects.com) on December 5, 2008

In honor of the newly released action romp Punisher: War Zone, the latest in the line of Punisher movies, we went out into the depths of the internet to find some old school badassery, courtesy of Dolph Lundgren in 1989’s The Punisher. The man formerly known as Ivan Drago (Rocky IV) laid down the gloves and picked up the guns to play Frank Castle, and who can forget the body count.

So if you are headed out for a little bit of Punishment this weekend, always remember he who came (and killed) before.

Have a video suggestion for The Daily Diversion? Of course you do. Just send that junk via electronic mail to Editors@FSR.

I can't think of anything more punishing than the Dolph as The Punisher (except the Dolph as He-Man). I'm going to check out the new one tonight and (finger crossed) hope the third time is the charm, "The guilty must be punished." the Dolph said, to bad it was the viewer.

PS: Dear YouTube sound editors please stop attaching your favorite tunes to movie clips and montages. You're killing me! Thanks and Happy Holidays!
