Based on everything I’ve heard, this year’s Oxford Film Festival in Oxford, Mississippi was one hell of a good time. There were ridiculous situations with film critics and their WiFi connections, a few great films — including one of my Sundance ’07 favorites Sunshine Cleaning and a film called Psycho Sleepover — and there were some good parties. Of course, none of that can top the video I’ve posted above, which is two young actors (Claire Franklin and Jess Edge) reenacting the diner scene from Quentin Tarantino’s Pulp Fiction, made famous by Tim Roth and Amanda Plummer. Though I’m sure that you will forget all about the original once you’ve experienced this remake.
