Daily Diversion: Star Wars Retold by Someone Who Hasn’t Seen It

Star Wars: Retold (by someone who hasn’t seen it) from Joe Nicolosi on Vimeo

Thanks to my friend Conrad, I stumbled upon this video that any Star Wars fan should fall in love with. In a way, it reminds me a little of Funny or Die’s Drunk History where someone gets wasted enough to describe in detail a historical event that they know very little about.

Cue Joe Nicolosi who discovered that his friend hadn’t seen Star Wars (any of them), but didn’t want to see the films because she “already knew what happened.” Joe put that knowledge to the test, threw some quirky animations in the mix, and the result is a hilarious look at how the uninitiated view the plot to one of the most beloved trilogies (yeah I said trilogies) of all time.

    Hahahahaha.
  • Funny!

Anyone who hasn't seen Star Wars usually is written off in my book, but since she was cute, I'll let her slide.

    Hans?
  • Yeah, that is EXACTLY how the trilogy went. I never will understand why people have such an aversion to watching Star Wars. But then again, if somebody explained the trilogy to me like that I would never watch it either. Maybe I would, just to see who HanS Solo was. :)
