Wow did they screw the makers of "Trick 'r Treat," this movie could have done really well if it got a wide release. I just saw it and thought it had a nice mix of gore and story with a few scares in between.

I didn't find Trick 'r Treat scary in the least, but i did love it from start to finish; very creative and well-crafted and definitely put me in the halloween spirit.

You said you were going to wait until Halloween! You lied! I was in awe of your self-control Tucker, and you've let me down! Bastard!

But yes, it's definitely a good movie deserving of wider exposure.

I just finished watching it and it is really great. The cast is excellent but I would have liked Tahmoh to have more screen time. I agree with a lot of the fans in that the film should have received a wide release. The DVD is a downer because there is shit for extras but it is still worth a buy.

Already own it, and thank god! This is going to be a mandatory viewing every October just like the movie "Halloween". Sam is a great character, and it all felt fresh even though its not the first time we have seen it.
