Why would you say that this movie should be given a chance? The whole time watching it I couldn't help but yell in my mind at the screen. It made me ache because there were so many parts that were just beyond all aspects of common sense. For instance poisoning the punch with a plumbing gel, then while two people fall to the floor foaming from the mouth, the main actress just walks over them saying, "Gross..." It wasn't a feeling of helplessness by any means, it was a feeling of, "I want to slap the little Jewish kid, because he is terrible at acting." I would have killed him for bringing a serial killer home. Instead, they just hug him.... <br>In all honesty I've watched plenty of second rate movies, and this one alone was one that I couldn't relate or get into, so if I can't do that I usually poke fun (like a mystery science theater scenario) but I couldn't even do that! Instead I was suffocated by their lack of action, especially when the mother had saran wrap over her mouth at the party... HELLO, people are you really that retarded? "Oh hey, what's with the saran wrap covering every hole you breathe out of?" "That's a great costume, hold my coat while I go try this great Draino Punch over here 'cause I'm a dumbass..." In conclusion the plot development was fairly predictable, the script was bothersome and finally, it was bad enough for me to want to find a website to write about it. I usually keep these things to myself, but not on this crap.
