ever since i read dread i thought it would make a cool movie. he breaks this person down to nothing using their biggest fear and video tapes to process. Its scary to read. It should be one of those stories that is better than the book.

I might actually check some of these out.

However, on Daybreakers, is the statistic really 95%? If that's the case, the food supply (humans) would be extinct in no time. That's one human for every 19 vampires. Not much of a sustainable food supply. I still want to see the movie though.

I saw a trailer for Zombieland a few days ago, it provided a nice 'bounce up and down on my seat shouting “I WANNA SEE IT” moment.'

The Children isn't very good in my opinion, I know it's irrational to call a purposefully irrational film irrational – but it's slightly irrational. But I do wanna see Bronson. Quite a few of the other films have escaped my geek-radar, so thanks for the heads up! :)

a great movie with kids is 'let the right one in'. it's about an alienated 12 year old boy who meets a 12 year old vampire girl. it's one of the better vampire movies i've seen, and some of the best cinema to include kids in major roles. city of lost children is awesome, too.

Got to see a screener of Zombieland, and it's fuckin fantastic. Good gore, a couple tense moments, and the best movie cameo I've seen in a long time. The best thing, is the comedy comes from the character interaction, not just sight gags, though there are a few of those. I'm going to pay to see it again when it comes out, just because it deserves my money.
