I'm not super familiar with the comic books, but I think the films need to go back to some of the lesser-known villians. As iconic as Catwoman is, I don't think they should do another villian who's been in the old films unless he/she is placed alongside a more obscure one. These films should not try to remake the old ones. I particularly worry about using the Riddler not because I think Jim Carrey's performance couldn't be topped (because it definately could) but because he's too close to the Joker. Another crazy villian who likes to pull evil pranks and spread chaos (I also think Harley Quinn is a bad choice for this reason) would play too much off the success of the last film without going to new depths. The new villian needs to be something stunningly different, like Heath Ledger's Joker was to the Dark Knight: shocking. That being said, I think David Tennant would be BRILLIANT as the Riddler, provided he wouldn't copycat Jim Carrey too much. He would be perfect (more so than Johnny Depp I think) if it was a Carrey copycat, but DT is capable of being very dark and gripping (Barty Crouch Jr. and the Dr. Who episode Runaway Bride come to mind). If he was to do it, he would need to channel much more of that side of his skill to make the role really good. I would just like to see a lesser-known actor (lesser-known in America anyway) rather than blockbuster Depp. He's been in so many movies ever since Pirates of the Caribbean. I'd like to see a less obvious choice.

Harley Quinn's character is waaaay to overdramatic!!!!!! She should be at the same level of dramaticness as the joker!!!!!! She should have crimson dyed hair as the joker has green dyed hair, straight, below the sthoulders, no jump suit costume and no ridiculous joker hat and choker oh my goodness!!!! She should have just black eyeliner and subtle shadow on lids, and under ablack line like a mime would wear but that curles up a little away from her nose, and red lipstick/paint whatever, white face paint, but more subtle than the jokers so it doesnt look too wierd. The clothes should be varying just as the JOkers outfits are but relatively the same, red and black. BUT NO JUMSUIT! and simple black knee high boots that the toe curves up like a hoook... aND A different name definately. I dk what yet but when i think of a perfect name I'll add another comment. Oh and i do think she shoudl be kinda goth, someitmes mellow, but a sharp temper and a nice tough attitude, and wwants to 'watch the world burn' just like the JOker does. And her main weapon??? A GUN! hardcore, not some dumb brown mallet.

On the Catwoman issue... I guess they should put it off unless they can find anyone else that is more smashing than Michelle Pfeiffer. But it should come at some point, unless Bale would become the most chaste Batman... which doesn't jibe,

The problem with Bane is that though he is smart and badass, he is a schemer in a video-game type boss manner. Unlike the Joker, who wants to fight Batman head-on. Bane's machinations technically paved for a less effective redux: Hush.

Unless they catch on the disposed rumor that Bane could have been Thomas Wayne's illegitimate son.

No, they should not. I repeat, should not, bring Harley Quinn into the third film. Why? It'd be a slp in the face to the comic series if they made her dark and depressing. Harley was a bubbly, fun loving, character. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to see her, just not so dark and evil. Plus, The Joker cannot be played as well by anyone but Heath and Heath is gone. No Harley without Joker.

As far as The Riddler, 100 percent YES.

No Catwoman.
