Movie Drinking Games: Battle in Seattle
Drinking Games By Kevin Carr on September 19, 2008 | Be the First To Comment
Back in 1999, a rather organized group of protesters shut down the city of Seattle and turned the WTO convention into an embarrassment for the authorities. First-time director Stuart Townsend relives these days in his new film Battle in Seattle. It’s gritty. It’s raw. It calls for a drink or two.
And now, to cover our butts… This game is only for people over the age of 21. Please drink responsibly, and don’t trust those lousy anarchists.
TAKE A DRINK WHENEVER….
People yell or chant
Someone breaks something
Someone talks on the phone
Someone is sprayed with tear gas
TAKE A DRINK WHEN YOU SEE…
A jail cell
Stock footage
A title on screen
The skyline of Seattle
TAKE A DRINK WHEN SOMEONE SAYS…
“convention”
any swear word
“battle” or “Seattle”
“WTO” or “World Trade Organization”
CHUG YOUR DRINK WHENEVER…
The convention gets canceled
