So many will say James Bond, so to be different I have to go with Derek Flint of "Our Man Flint" The original spy spoof way before Mike Meyers did it in "Austin Powers"
  • thats easy it would have to be the alfred hitchcock movie secret agent with john gielgud (the funny butler from arthur)

Well Jason Bourne is probably the most badass spy out there. He doesn't need gadgets or a sidekick. All he needs is instinct and wit. Now I'm not as badass as Bourne, so I do need the gadgets to get my spy career going.

Linda Fiorentino's portrayal of the double (triple?) secret agent "Sasha" in the movie "Gotcha!" SEXY!
  • Kristie Belding
I like the two for one - Nick Charles with his wife Nora (and dog Asta) MGM's The Thin Man (1934).

Since everyone is against saying it, I will be the first to admit to it...James Bond...honestly who didn't immediately think of Bond, he is the definition of secret agent

i have to go with james bond. the connery one.

I still have to say Agent 86 the original (Don Smart). I used to watch GET SMART everyday after school. It has brought back some great memories.

Bond, James Bond is too easy. I'm not sure if it count's as "cinematic" but I've always been partial to Sydney Bristow from Alias.
