Today marked the DVD release of Bride Wars, starring Anne Hathaway and Kate Hudson. So how are we going to celebrate? By giving you a chance at a free autographed theatrical poster, signed by the two Hollywood beauties in the film.

Our very own Kevin Carr loved this one, saying ” It helps that the stars are easy on the eyes. I admit that I don’t get tired of seeing Anne Hathaway and Kate Hudson on screen.” Well this giveaway isn’t for Kevin, I’m thinking it’s for the ladies. I checked with the other editors and found out that we do, in fact, have female readers. You guys are allowed to enter as well, but we don’t want to know what you do with the poster…unless it’s something like giving it to your significant other.

All you have to do to get your name in the game is answer the following question in our comment area at the bottom of the page:

If there were an actual bride war, what do you think would be the most effective weapon of a bride?

All entries must be completed by Wednesday, May 6th. Winners will be contacted via email.

I also choose seduction, but I say the bride should seduce the other bride. Cuz then its a win-win situation for both. And a Kate Hudson/Anne Hathaway make-out session would be awesome.
  • Seduction would be good, but in a bride war the most effective weapon is her father. Seriously, he is giving her up to her soon-to-be husband and he has spent a crapload of money already on the wedding. If the wedding were threatened in any way the father of the bride would probably be willing ti kill some people. Heck, he's probably willing to kill people even if the wedding goes well. It's a stressful time.
  • This assumes that all fathers pay for their daughter's wedding and actually give permission to have the marriage.
  • While seduction and her father are good answers I am gonna have to disagree and say the best weapon of a bride would be a Hattori Hanzo Samurai sword, a sword so sharp and beautiful that if she were to encounter God on her journey God himself would be cut.
  • Her hands. Her merciless, vengeful hands.
  • Schmooie
    One word: Stilletos.
  • Mash
    A banana.
  • What would be the most effective weapon of a bride? The power of seduction. Seduce and sleep with the bride's fiancee or have a friend do it. That would be an instant Wedding Killer. Of course if one bride sleeps with the other bride's fiancee, both will end up without a wedding. So have a friend do it.

Garter slingshot. It fires annulments and divorce papers.
  • Diz
    Two words: Cake Knife.
    End of story.
