    Andy Stitzer from 40-Year Old Virgin. I love that movie to death and it's only cause
    he pulled through and made Apatow look like a genius.

    One of his best character would have to be Andy Stitzer from 40 year old virgin..just classic! From the time where he takes Viagra and call the hotline for help, to the time when he is at the store trying to act like a thug.!

    Brick Tamland was hilarious in Anchorman, but I am going to have to go with Frank Ginsberg in Little Miss Sunshine as my favorite. He was able to display much more skill than just as a comedian and this performance raised him a couple notches in my book.
