My favorite TV doctor would be Dr. Carter from ER. I loved watching him grow from a nervous med student into a man trying to save the world.

The weirdest case I can think of is someone who gets big nails stuck in their head and they survive.

I'm going to have to reiterate the awesomeness of House. The strangest case for me was the one where a little boy had the same symptoms as an old woman that House couldn't save 10+ years ago. House ends up realizing that the disease had been hiding when he had tested for it.

I man has a twin brother……still inside of him. And the brother is still alvie. Somehow it has been living off the fodd in his system and the oxygen in his blood and they want to remove the internal twin without killing him

Dr. Melfi from the Sopranos. The strangest medical case has to be "the tree man" who is often on the discovery channel. He has that wart condition that makes his skin look like tree bark. Its fascinating to see and amazing that treatment or cure seems to elude the medical professionals.

Hmm… I'm trying and trying and the only thing I can come up with is growing eyeballs complete with eye lashes on your body. I think I read it in a book though so it's not original :(
