My favorite martial arts film would have to be, as cliche as it is, Enter The Dragon. It is what spawned my interest in the genre, and has been most influential in my taste of martial arts films. Honorable mention to Gymkata, for the simple fact that it's beyond badass, and one the worst/best films ever made. Gymkata. Youtube that bitch.

  • I would have to say my favorite martial arts film is Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon. The stunts are great, I think the wire-fu trumps everything done in The Matrix, the performances are outstanding, and the love story is pretty good. Chow Yun Fat and Michelle Yeoh have great chemistry.

I will never retreat but I did retweet. I like The Karate Kid for its father/teacher portrait. Please accept my entry. Thank you.
  • I know this is sound cheesy cuz kill Bill v2 but Shogun Assassin for me because I've never laughed at watching a little kid witness so much blood before
  • Never mind.

Favorite martial arts movie has to be The Crippled Masters found it years ago at this store coconuts when I was searching for something to spend my $5 dollar gift card on luckily I found it for like $4 haha instant classic in my dvd collection to this day.
  • Although I've never even seen the movie, I think Versus is my favorite martial arts movie because, hey, zombies + guns + martial arts = a lot of f'ing win.
  • My favorite martial arts movie would have to be Kung Fu Hustle. I went in with low expectations and was blown away by the fight scenes and by how surprisingly funny it was
